Kaizen member directory
Enter an assessor’s full name or full membership number to check their published Kaizen accreditation. Partial names, businesses and areas do not return results. Check the official register or contact Kaizen before commissioning work: a published entry is a dated record and changes may occur after publication.

Use the official assessor search
Find an accredited assessorThe GOV.UK service directs you to the appropriate assessor search. Check the name, accreditation scheme, assessor identifier and assessment type. A qualification certificate or an old ID card alone does not show that someone is currently accredited.
Need help checking a Kaizen member?
Call 0330 223 6278 or email hello@kaizencertification.co.uk with the assessor’s name and membership number, if you have it. We can help you check the status and scope.
For a property in Scotland, use the Scottish EPC Register and the applicable approved-organisation information.
Checking a certificate is a separate step
Use the energy certificate registers to locate the lodged certificate. Check the property and report reference as well as the assessor’s details. If something appears wrong, start with the assessor and then use the complaints procedure.
