Assessment using dynamic simulation
Level 5 non-domestic energy assessment uses an approved Dynamic Simulation Model (DSM). It is relevant where the building or modelling approach falls outside the scope of the simpler assessment route.
Accreditation is specific to your demonstrated competence and the applicable assessment scope. It is not a general permission to assess every type of building. Ask us to review your qualifications, experience and software before applying.
Evidence and technical support
Your model, assumptions, building-services information and supporting records need to allow the assessment to be understood and audited. Our scheme provides a route for technical queries and quality assurance alongside your continuing professional development.
